We offer a variety of bundle discounts for booking our services, as well as a 20 minute Vocal Assessment for first time students for FREE. Please email us for more details. PRICING
PRIVATE VOCAL LESSONS
55 minute long lesson: £62
LESSON BUNDLES DISCOUNTED OPTIONS:
– Package of 5 vocal lessons: £290 – Package of 10 vocal lessons: £550
Lesson times within the bundles can vary, there’s no need to book them all at once.
Lessons within the bundles can be held either online or in-person at our Studios in Camden.
Please book your bundle lessons with your teacher. Contact us and we will book it for you.
Bundles are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Please pay for your bundles in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. Contact your teacher for details.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For individual non-discounted lessons, payments are made through the online booking system.
As stated above, discounted bundle lessons are paid for via Bank Transfer or PayPal.
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe (Visa, MasterCard & Amex are all accepted).
Prices for our lessons appear in GBP (£). The Vocal Hub does not manage currency exchange rates. These are set by your card, bank or PayPal. We accept bookings for online lessons from all countries.
All payments go to the individual teachers, who are self employed and carry lessons in their own name.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at the full rate. We will address any extenuating circumstances that may cause the sudden cancellation of a lesson on a ‘case by case’ manner, at the teacher’s discretion.
Please fill in the email’s subject as follows: “CANCELLATION – Your Name – Date of Lesson”
Please remember to write the email’s subject in this manner so we can process your cancellation swiftly.
Feel free to write any extra details we should consider for your cancellation in the body of the email.
Once we have processed the cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the lesson, please give us a call on +44 7407 496076 so we can give priority to your cancellation. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for late cancellations.
If you wish to re book your lesson, please do so after we have finished processing your cancellation.
You can re book your lesson through our online system for ‘pay as you go’ lessons or on a separate emailfor Bundle Lessons.
We will label Cancellation Emails as such. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to include any further booking requests or other questions regarding our services in these emails.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are given at the teacher’s discretion
Refunds are only permitted if a lesson is pre-purchased and the student is not able to attend the lesson or reschedule it within the next 3 months.
Partial refunds may be given if a bulk payment was made for multiple lessons. In this case, the refund will be minus any lessons already taken, which will be retrospectively charged at their individual non-discounted lesson cost. Please bear in mind we might charge a small processing fee.
Partial refunds for bundles will only be allowed within 30 days of purchase.

Please specify the reasons for your refund request in the body of the email.
If your refund request meets our criteria, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
Processed refunds will be refunded to the original payment method through which they were paid for. We cannot change this policy under any circumstances.
